Showcasing the natural engagement of honeybees with their foxglove friends
Foxglove petals worked in experimental 3D, the speckled centers of the flower and the faded paintwork of the fence have been brought out in detailed stitchery. Delicately balanced work pitting the lively pinks of the foxglove against the peeling blue paint of the fence

Klimt's The Kiss, its gold work rendered in the Tanjore tradition of South India — a homage, not a reproduction
Acrylic on canvas with raised gesso relief and 22k gold foil, laid by hand, the technique used on temple panels for three centuries. Every circle, tile and blossom is built up in relief, so the surface shifts as the light moves across it. An original work in a form that has never met this subject before

Sculptural cement and clay media on stretched canvas with 24k-style gold leaf overlay
The relief is formed with rope, not painted — each break unique to the piece. An original set of two works, signed, ready to hang

Portraying still life in the form of a fruit past its prime.
Decay in the leaves and the changing colours of a ripening fruit have been portrayed true to form. Incorporation of a whorl in the body of the pear was an added twist. A coming together of pure earth tones depicted in the yellow browns of an over ripened fruit and the muddy greens of a decaying leaf.
"As for my next book, I won't write it till it has grown heavy in my mind like a ripe pear: pendant and gravid, asking to be cut or it will fall."- Virignia Woolf.
Creation of 'The Aging Pear' was inspired by Virginia Woolf, author and Margaret Pandone, digital artist & photographer.

Emergent Man explores the moment between absence and presence — a figure slowly revealing itself from the rawness of the material. The gold becomes both fracture and lifeline, drawing the eye through the surface and around the emerging form
Hand formed. Hand gilded. One of a kind

A woman emerges from the raw surface, partially concealed within layers of earth and stone. Her face appears softly from the material, surrounded by sweeping forms that suggest movement, growth and transformation
Hand formed. Hand gilded. One of a kind.

A child emerges from the textured surface, held within layers of earth and stone. The delicate face appears between soft, organic forms, while a flowing line of gold traces the path beside the figure, creating a sense of movement and becoming.
Emergence - Child explores the beginning of life — the quiet transition from hidden to visible, from earth to presence. The contrast between the raw, tactile surface and the luminous gold gives the piece a sense of fragility, warmth and hope.
